ChatGPTなどの生成系AIを学習において利用することについては、今後大学としての方針が示されます。現時点で、教養教育院として、全学教育科目を受講する学生の皆さんに以下のことをお願いします。
このようなAIの利用が自身の学習に与える効果や弊害について考え、ひとえに皆さん自身の学習を深めるという観点から向き合ってください。なお、今学期の授業における生成系AIの利用については、担当教員の指示に従ってください。
以下のことを注意喚起します。
第1に、生成系AIによって出力された情報には誤りが含まれる可能性があり、その利用によって利用者がかえって不利益を被ることが起こり得ます。出力情報の正しさについて、自ら検討することが必要です。
第2に、出力情報が正しい場合でも、著作権侵害や剽窃の問題が生じるおそれがあります。したがって、AIの出力情報は、あくまでも自身の文書作成の参考に留めるべきです。出力情報の一部であっても、そのまま利用することはやめてください。
第3に、利用の際に質問として入力した情報は流出する危険があるので、個人情報など秘密とすべき情報を絶対に入力してはいけません。

The university's policy regarding the use of Generative AI such as ChatGPT in learning will be announced in the future. At present, as the Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences, it will kindly be requested the following from students who are taking the Liberal Arts and Sciences courses.
You are requested to consider the effects and harmful effects for your own learning in this way of using AI, and you should earnestly face it from the perspective of deepening your own learning. Furthermore, it will be required you to follow the instructions by instructors in charge concerning the use of the Generative AI in the class at this term.
Please kindly note for the following points

There is a possibility that output information by the Generative AI contains incorrect information. Thereby, the usage of incorrect information may rather lead to users’ disadvantages. It is necessary to consider the accuracy of the output information by oneself.

Even if the output information is correct, it may cause the infringement of copyright or plagiarism. Therefore, output information by the AI should be only used as your references for preparing documents. Even only a part of the output information, please do not use it without modification.

There is the risk for leaking entered information as a question during use, thus it is not allowed to enter information in which should be kept confidential such as personal information.
